Many of my paintings are organic abstractions born of nature and expressive of our sensory world. The images are an exploration of the wonderfully infinite realm of the intangible. The process of putting paint to canvas is one of discovery, a journey offering twists and turns and dead ends. Though the completed work can reveal something unexpected, the process is far from
random. My intent is to achieve with the viewer the link of our shared humanity; joy and sorrow, anxiety and contentment, memories and dreams. Like a rarely shown emotion upon being revealed, the power of what is made visible lies in what remains unseen.
