Rita GolaszewskiMy abstract paintings tell a story. There is a question, a feeling, a memory. Sometimes it is about something that catches my eye - an object or something that I’ve read. There is always a definite intention. The process is very important and so is the inevitable struggle to find the right elements. Some of my paintings were done in week long classes. I am always grateful when I can take a class, even though I know it will be emotionally draining. When the painting is finished, I can release it - it's out there for everyone. |
