Bea Gustafson

I've been interested in fine arts and photography for most of my life, but never felt I had enough time to devote to it. Now, at this point in my life, being somewhat retired, I feel it's now or never.

I consider myself very lucky to have found a way to express my feelings and emotions. Painting has changed my perception of how I see the world. It has helped me focus my attention and nourish my psyche and senses. To see a morning sunrise or sunset, to see my beautiful flower garden, this is spiritual and healing. I find it deeply relaxing and fulfilling…also lots of fun. I am grateful to Alex Shundi, my art teacher, for helping me create my vision.
